Initial Assessment

The Integrity Review Team assesses the case within 7 working days.

Legal Advisory Panel

Valid cases pass to senior lawyers and former enforcement officers.

Formal Referral

Case and evidence referred to the MACC, PDRM, SC / BNM or the IPCC.

Tracking & Closure

Progress is monitored and relayed to the complainant through an encrypted system.
